THUMB LOLLIPOP - Google Patents I just looked this up for a class I’m in right now.  It is incredibly fun to research inventions on http://www.google.com/patents . I am studying patent law right now and have a serious itch to invent something this summer. One of my new goals in life is get a patent on something. The picture above is for a THUMB LOLLIPOP filed with the PTO in 1939. Imagine what else was happening in the world at this time.
